Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Manager to own and scale growth across the full user lifecycle — from acquisition to activation, retention, and monetization.

This is a product-led growth role , where success is defined by:

  • How quickly users experience value
  • How often they come back
  • How deeply they integrate Superchat into daily life

You will work at the intersection of:

  • Product
  • Data
  • AI user behavior
  • Marketing

Your mission is to make Superchat AI a daily habit, not just an app .

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & North Star Ownership

  • Own core growth metrics:
  • Activation (first successful task completed)
  • Weekly active users (WAU)
  • Retention (D7 / D30)
  • Task completion frequency
  • Define and execute a growth roadmap focused on usage, not just acquisition
  • Identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities across the funnel

2. Activation (Time-to-Value Optimization)

  • Optimize the first user experience :
  • Reduce friction from signup → first task
  • Improve clarity of “what to do first”
  • Ensure users reach “aha moment” quickly (e.g. first successful booking/payment/action)
  • Design onboarding flows that guide users into meaningful usage

3. Retention & Habit Formation

  • Build systems that make Superchat a daily-use product
  • Identify key retention drivers:
  • Task utility
  • Convenience
  • Personalization
  • Design and optimize:
  • Push notifications
  • Reminders
  • Smart follow-ups (AI-triggered)
  • Develop habit loops (e.g. daily planning, recurring tasks)

4. AI Usage & Engagement Optimization

  • Analyze how users interact with the AI:
  • Inputs (prompts, requests)
  • Outputs (actions completed)
  • Improve:
  • Task success rate
  • Response quality perception
  • User trust in automation
  • Work with product & AI teams to:
  • Improve intent recognition
  • Reduce failure/friction in execution

5. Monetization Strategy

  • Define and optimize monetization models:
  • Subscription
  • Pay-per-task / credits
  • Premium features
  • Improve:
  • Free → paid conversion
  • ARPU and LTV
  • Identify high-value use cases users are willing to pay for

6. Acquisition (Performance + Organic)

  • Partner with performance marketing to:
  • Drive efficient installs (CAC-focused)
  • Develop organic growth loops:
  • Referral programs
  • Social/content virality
  • Focus on quality of users, not just volume

7. Experimentation & Growth Loops

  • Build a structured experimentation system:
  • Weekly testing cycles
  • Hypothesis-driven execution
  • Test across:
  • Onboarding flows
  • Messaging
  • Product features
  • Identify and scale growth loops :
  • Task sharing
  • Social proof
  • AI-driven recommendations

8. Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Define and track key growth metrics:
  • Activation rate
  • Retention curves
  • Task completion rate
  • CAC vs LTV
  • Build dashboards and run deep funnel analysis
  • Turn data into clear product and growth decisions

9. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with:
  • Product managers
  • Engineers
  • AI/ML team
  • Marketing
  • Influence product roadmap based on growth insights
  • Act as the bridge between product experience and user growth

Requirements

Experience

  • 4–7+ years in growth, product, or product marketing roles
  • Experience working on:
  • Consumer apps (preferred)
  • AI products, assistants, or marketplaces (strong plus)
  • Proven track record of:
  • Improving activation and retention
  • Running and scaling experiments

Core Skills

  • Deep understanding of:
  • Product-led growth (PLG)
  • User behavior and habit formation
  • AARRR funnel
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving

Technical & Tools

  • Experience with:
  • Mixpanel / Amplitude / GA4
  • Experimentation tools
  • CRM/lifecycle tools (Braze, Iterable, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with product and engineering teams

AI Product Understanding (Important)

  • Strong intuition for:
  • How users interact with AI systems
  • Prompt behavior and user expectations
  • Trust and reliability in AI outputs
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into user value and growth

Mindset

  • Ownership-driven and highly accountable
  • Experimental and fast-moving
  • Product-first thinker (not just marketing-driven)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Significant improvement in activation rate (first task completed)
  • Higher retention and repeat usage
  • Clear onboarding flow with strong conversion
  • At least 1–2 repeatable growth loops identified and scaled
  • Improved monetization metrics (conversion + LTV)
