- 🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of Business Development – CRM / BPO (MENA & GCC)
- Trenkwalder is expanding its CRM & BPO services across the MENA & GCC, and we’re looking for a senior commercial leader to drive our regional growth.
- This role is for someone who:
- ✔️ Has a strong regional network
- ✔️ Knows CX, Contact Centers, and BPO inside out
- ✔️ Understands how AI is transforming Customer Experience
- ✔️ Can own the full sales cycle and close strategic deals
- What you’ll do
- Lead business development for CRM / BPO across MENA & GCC
- Leverage your network to open and close new opportunities
- Position Trenkwalder as a strategic, AI-enabled CX partner
- Work closely with delivery and solution teams to ensure success
