Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Content Team Manager to lead the development and execution of the company’s global content strategy across forex, financial markets, and fintech-related products and services.

This role will be responsible for managing content initiatives that elevate brand positioning, drive audience engagement, support client acquisition, and reinforce the organization’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.

The ideal candidate will combine strong editorial and storytelling capabilities with leadership experience and a deep understanding of financial services content, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies within fast-paced, highly competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global content strategy aligned with the company’s brand identity, commercial objectives, and marketing initiatives across forex, CFDs, financial markets, and fintech sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary content team including writers, editors, designers, social media specialists, and external contributors.
  • Oversee the planning, creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels including websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, PR materials, whitepapers, market insights, reports, video scripts, and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, messaging framework, and visual alignment across global markets and business units.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Design, Sales, PR, and Business teams to develop integrated campaigns that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement objectives.
  • Drive SEO-focused content initiatives to improve organic visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and overall digital performance.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, audience behavior, and engagement data to continuously optimize content effectiveness and campaign outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain editorial calendars, publishing schedules, campaign timelines, and content workflows to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
  • Monitor financial market trends, competitor activities, industry developments, and emerging content formats to identify opportunities for innovation and audience growth.
  • Support executive thought leadership initiatives through the development of market commentary, leadership articles, interviews, speaking materials, and strategic communication content.
  • Work closely with media and PR teams to amplify brand visibility across external publications, financial media channels, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure all published content adheres to regulatory, compliance, and brand governance requirements relevant to financial services communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, digital media, or editorial leadership, including at least 2 years managing teams.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful content strategies within financial services, forex, CFDs, fintech, trading, or related industries.
  • Strong editorial, copywriting, storytelling, and content planning capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, trading products, investor audiences, and financial services communication.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, content optimization techniques, social media trends, and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, analytics tools, email marketing systems, and content distribution channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and stakeholders within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Experience managing creative production workflows involving designers, videographers, social media teams, and external agencies is highly preferred.
  • Experience within globally regulated financial institutions, brokerage firms, fintech companies, or trading platforms would be considered a strong advantage.
