Role Overview
Serve as the focal point accountable for day-to-day construction and execution of NFA greenfield and brownfield projects.
Ensure fabrication and installation comply with approved scopes of work, drawings, engineering designs, safety requirements, and QatarEnergy standards and specifications.
Act as the interface between the Project Manager, Asset Holder, contractor, and construction team.

Primary Purpose
Serve as the focal point accountable for day-to-day construction and execution of NFA greenfield and brownfield projects.
Ensure fabrication and installation comply with approved scopes of work, drawings, engineering designs, safety requirements, and QatarEnergy standards and specifications.
Act as the interface between the Project Manager, Asset Holder, contractor, and construction team.
Construction Responsibilities
- Guide construction supervisors and contractors to execute activities in accordance with approved method statements.
- Ensure construction work meets project schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Review and approve contractor deliverables for FEED and EPIC projects.
- Support construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and mechanical completion of offshore and brownfield assets.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 15 years of overall experience supervising EPIC projects.
- Offshore experience involving topsides, jackets, pipelines, umbilicals, and brownfield modifications is required.
- Robust FEED and EPIC experience with the ability to review and approve contractor deliverables.
- Relevant technical expertise and multi-discipline engineering exposure with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry engineering standards, quality control, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Ability to interpret and review drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans, and construction schedules.
- Strong construction management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Engineering from a recognized university.
- Relevant courses in safety, quality control, and construction.
