Guest Experience Experts provide services throughout guests’ stays, aiming to make interactions memorable and unique.
The position is non-management and based at the Le Méridien property in Lusail, Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Guide guests through their entire stay and deliver a memorable experience.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share local area highlights with guests.
- Move around the work area and perform reasonable hands-on duties.
Work expectations and qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is specified.
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
