Restaurant management position in Food and Beverage & Culinary at Kudai Road, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Education and experience
- Either a high-school diploma or GED plus four years of food and beverage, culinary, or related professional experience.
- Alternatively, a related two-year degree in food service, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field plus two years of relevant experience.
Operations and team leadership
- Manage daily operations and staff coverage across restaurant, bar/lounge, and applicable room-service areas.
- Maintain service, food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards; ensure compliance with policies, laws, and alcohol-service requirements.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and train staff; set performance standards, organize work, and maintain productivity.
- Oversee staffing to meet guest-service, operational, and financial goals.
- Provide guest service leadership, resolve complaints, gather feedback, and implement service improvements.
- Support fair treatment, employee feedback, recognition, training, and retention.
- Communicate operational information and analyze issues to determine solutions.
- Assist servers and hosts with floor clearing during meals and high-demand periods.
- Recognize quality products and presentation; supervise daily shifts when the assistant restaurant manager is absent.
- Oversee departmental purchasing, finances, and invoice payments.
