Full-time management position in the Human Resources support staff at the Doha property.
Oversees daily HR activities, recruitment, compensation, training, employee services, and compliance.
Education and experience
- Either a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant HR, management operations, or related professional experience.
- Alternatively, a two-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major with 1 year of relevant experience.
Recruitment and hiring
- Assist with interviewing and hiring HR team members; maintain external recruitment sources and attend job fairs.
- Network with local organizations, oversee candidate identification and selection, and advise property managers on selection procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment advertising with vendors and quality-check candidate selection.
Benefits and development
- Respond to unemployment claims, review provider reports, prepare claim activity reports, and attend hearings.
- Coordinate orientation, cross-training, and ongoing employee training with managers and leadership.
Employee relations and compliance
- Maintain employee communications, review progressive discipline documentation, and address or escalate employee concerns.
- Maintain employee, compensation, performance, and confidential medical records securely and according to applicable procedures.
- Communicate property rules and safety policies; support accident investigations and the property Safety Committee.
- Review claims and manage workers' compensation claims; oversee selection, non-selection, and offer procedures.
