Position summary
Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure guests enjoy their meal.
Duties include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies.

Key expectations
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance and communications are professional.
- Be on your feet and moving around, standing, sitting or walking for an extended time and moving over sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
- Take a hands-on approach: move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related work experience: less than 1 year.
- Supervisory experience: none.
- License or certification: none.
