Guest experience responsibilities
- Handle operational needs and guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
- Move about the work area and take a hands-on approach to guest service.
- Follow company policies, protect confidentiality and assets, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications and work demands
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required; no license or certification is required.
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
