The role involves serving guests, coordinating with the kitchen, setting tables, and cleaning work areas and supplies.
Guest service and workplace standards
- Deliver a range of services so guests enjoy their meal and transactions feel like part of the experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures, create a safe workplace, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance and communication.
- Read and visually verify menu information; perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Physical requirements
- The work involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is listed; no supervisory experience is listed.
