Oversee procurement planning, coordinate with ABS on strategic sourcing and supplier activities, and drive efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier performance across markets.
Procurement operations
- Manage F&B procurement operations across markets in line with business requirements, operational priorities, budgets, policies, and procedures.
- Consolidate requirements across brands and markets; coordinate specifications, demand forecasts, purchasing priorities, and timelines with operational stakeholders.
- Work with ABS to develop procurement plans and align operational requirements with strategic sourcing priorities.
- Support implementation and renewal of supplier agreements and monitor operational requirements, service expectations, and contractual obligations.
- Classify local, operational, and regional sourcing needs; coordinate sourcing approaches, consolidation, and category standardization with ABS.
- Manage local purchasing, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and supply issue resolution; escalate commercial matters to ABS.
- Coordinate tenders and supplier evaluation by consolidating specifications, operational requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
- Evaluate supplier quality, service, delivery, and compliance; coordinate corrective actions for performance gaps.
- Monitor supplier service, product quality, delivery reliability, supply continuity, and stakeholder satisfaction indicators.
- Improve procurement processes, standardize product specifications, reduce supply risks, and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across F&B Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and ABS; communicate priorities and escalate challenges.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in F&B Operations or a similar role, including four years in a managerial role.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office, procurement systems, and ERP applications.
- Fluency in Arabic or French is a plus.
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
