Responsibilities
- Communicate project information to brand designers and coordinators, including As-Built Drawings, LOD, and Design Manuals/Guidelines.
- Receive drawings and coordinate with brand managers, LL, public authorities, and MEP consultants; assist in construction permits and launch construction on-site.
- Receive materials on-site, monitor storing and warehousing, and perform quantity take-off for final account settlement.
- Approve payment and quantities verification and ensure proper settlement including final settlement and defect liability period.
- Guide and monitor day-to-day work for compliance with quality, safety, and security standards.
- Supervise snag list rectification and hand over completed jobs to retail management.
- Receive quotes for minor works and manage material procurement and delivery with the procurement department.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on received designs and previous projects.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and a project scheduling tool such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Six to eight years of experience in retail/F&B store fit-out or a similar role.
- Three years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in MEP is a plus.
