Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant parties to prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Analyze bids, establish unit rates, and complete tender finalization.
- Evaluate variation orders and extra work, providing assistance in budget preparation.
- Prepare cost analyses for various work items in Fit Out Construction, ensuring precise estimation for finishing and fit-out projects.
- Identify, analyze, and formulate responses to commercial risks.
- Attend pre-tender meetings, submit regular reports, and conduct pre-tender and post-tender evaluations of budgets.
- Conduct site investigations for estimating purposes and validate assumptions made in estimations.
- Create a CAPEX database for each brand, categorizing it by location and country.
- Perform functional supervisory duties including task planning, assignment, deadline setting, results and quality monitoring, training provision, and communicating team requests to higher management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling software (MS Project or other), and AutoCAD.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
