Enhances product appeal in stores through creative arrangements and displays.
Uses design principles to align store aesthetics with the brand and support customer experience and sales.
Responsibilities
- Implement merchandising strategies and create visually appealing window displays using props, signage, and lighting.
- Maintain window booking schedules as needed.
- Create displays that attract customers, promote sales, and increase visibility of slow-moving items.
- Coordinate with shop managers and follow brand guidelines and promotional themes.
- Arrange properties, furniture, and merchandise according to prearranged plans.
- Supervise requisition and construction of decorative materials such as wood, plastic, paper, and glass.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Zero to one years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong product knowledge.
