Role overview and responsibilities
- The role supports the design team with execution-focused design and video tasks, primarily for social media and digital marketing.
- Create social media feed posts and stories; edit short-form videos and reels with text animation, simple motion and template-based effects.
- Create basic motion graphics using presets and simple animations.
- Create website banners, email-signature banners and email-marketing creatives when required.
- Adapt and resize creatives across platforms and formats.
- Use AI-assisted features to speed up design, video editing and content execution.
- Follow brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency, handle daily edits and quick-turnaround tasks, and implement feedback accurately and on time.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with CapCut and/or other video-editing tools for reel creation and short-form video editing.
- Basic motion graphics experience, including text animation, simple element movement, template-based motion or basic After Effects presets.
- Understand social media formats and aspect ratios; use AI-assisted tools or features to improve speed and efficiency.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
