Vivandi is hiring a detail-oriented Billing and Inventory Assistant with e-commerce or distribution experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily billing, invoicing, and sales order processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock movements.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse, sales, and e-commerce teams.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock reconciliation statements, and other MIS reports.
- Use Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Fluency in Tagalog is mandatory.
- Previous billing and inventory management experience in e-commerce or distribution is mandatory.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners only.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
