Join Vivandi as a professional, customer-focused, Arabic-speaking receptionist and customer service executive.
The role supports both walk-in and online customers; experience in an e-commerce and distribution company is sought.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Follow up on abandoned carts and encourage order completion.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service issues professionally.
- Follow up after purchases and encourage product reviews and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges.
- Assist with product queries, order status, delivery concerns, and other issues.
- Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Support general reception and administrative activities as required.
Requirements
- Spoken and written Arabic is mandatory.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in e-commerce, distribution, trading, or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce or order management platforms are advantageous.
- A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-service orientation are sought.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
