Role overview

Design production

• Produce event branding, large-format signage, digital assets, presentations, marketing collateral, and print-ready files using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Apply layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy principles, adapting designs across formats and platforms.
• Manage simultaneous design projects and prioritize work to deliver high-quality output on time, including urgent requests.

Quality and collaboration

• Ensure outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards, including typography, alignment, colour consistency, and file preparation for print and digital production.
• Review and proofread Arabic and English design materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Work with creative, marketing, and operations teams to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver creative and commercial outcomes.
• Adapt to changing assignments and last-minute briefs in a fast-paced event environment.

What the employer is looking for

• Fluent Arabic and English and able to design accurately for bilingual content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with professional workflow and file-preparation knowledge.
• Strong layout and branding skills, including typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage concurrent work and meet tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding, print, digital, and event-related design work is required.
• Events, exhibitions, or marketing agency experience is advantageous.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools is advantageous.
• Must be eligible for a UAE labour card or work permit and willing to work Monday to Saturday.
