About the Role

Payroll, Banking & Payments

• Process and verify WPS and non-WPS payroll, prepare payroll payment files, and coordinate with banks and exchange houses.
• Handle banking transactions, online banking platforms, transfers, payment processing, and financial documentation.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies, unmatched transactions, and outstanding entries.

General Ledger, Reporting & Compliance

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, customer receipts, and account reconciliations.
• Perform month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit support.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, e-Invoicing, and applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
• Review records independently and ensure transactions are accurate, complete, and reconciled on time.

Systems & Coordination

• Use ERP and accounting systems, payroll platforms, cloud-based financial tools, and applicable finance automation or AI-enabled tools.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, banks, auditors, and external parties; produce financial reports and analysis using advanced Excel.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline; CA or ACCA is an advantage.
• Relevant UAE accounting experience at Senior Accountant level or equivalent, including knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and e-Invoicing.
• Hands-on experience in WPS and non-WPS payroll, bank reconciliations, and full-cycle accounts payable and receivable.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting; strong ERP and cloud accounting system knowledge.
• Exposure to finance automation, AI-enabled accounting tools, and digital reporting technologies is highly preferred.
• Requires analytical skills, attention to detail, independent work, accuracy, and confidentiality.
