Role Overview
Full-time rotational program designed to develop newly graduated talent through on-the-job rotations across selected business functions.
The program aims to build functional capability, business understanding, and leadership potential and support Americana Restaurants’ long-term talent pipeline.
Participants may be considered for permanent placement in a trained role or function after successful completion, subject to performance and business requirements.

About the role
Full-time rotational program designed to develop newly graduated talent through on-the-job rotations across selected business functions.

Participants may be considered for permanent placement in a trained role or function after successful completion, subject to performance and business requirements.
Program responsibilities
- Participate in departmental rotations and complete the initial Operations and Brand Immersion phase.
- Complete tasks and projects aligned with department objectives and KPIs.
- Meet learning objectives and KPIs for each rotation and participate in entry and exit reviews.
- Receive and act on continuous feedback from rotation supervisors.
- Document learning outcomes and performance.
- Collaborate across functions and uphold company values, policies, and code of conduct.
- Take part in a final performance evaluation and leadership presentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree only; relevant fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Food Science.
- Fresh graduate who graduated within the last 1–2 years, with less than 1 year of full-time work experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
- Learning agility, adaptability, teamwork, collaboration, time management, accountability, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Basic understanding of business operations and interest in restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
