Experienced quantity surveyor joining the Design team in Riyadh Head Office.
Reports to the Design Hub Leader; supports new store openings, remodels, and special projects.
Bills of quantities and estimation
- Produce bills of quantities for new store openings and remodels in line with Design drawings and requirements.
- Prepare high-level and detailed cost estimates for project budgeting and approvals.
- Interpret architectural, interior design, civil, and MEP drawings to quantify scope.
- Apply Americana design and specification standards across bills of quantities.
Cost control and coordination
- Propose cost-saving value engineering options without compromising brand standards or quality.
- Benchmark material and service rates against current market prices across Saudi Arabia.
- Support reviews of contractor submissions and variation claims against issued bills of quantities.
- Reflect local authority and municipal requirements in scopes and quantities.
- Coordinate with Design, Construction, and Real Estate teams, vendors, and suppliers; support special-project analysis and reporting.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience as a quantity surveyor.
- Excellent architectural and interior design drawing interpretation skills.
- Strong knowledge of civil and interior works specifications and good knowledge of MEP systems.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with local authority specification requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Retail or F&B brand experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.

- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to deliver independently to a high standard and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
