Overview
Develops and leads commercial strategy and provides commercial management and oversight for major competitive tenders and proposals during the pre-contract phase.
Responsible for leading pre-contract commercial proposal development and associated functions, including a variety of cost estimating, procurement, pricing, and partnering activities in coordination with other groups.
Recognizing business opportunities and making proposal to clients.
Strategically establishing, expanding, preserving, or improving company procedures, business flow, standards or policies.
Oversee contractual obligations from capture phase to contract closure - ensure that the contractual commitments undertaken are relevant and consistent.
Oversee projects and monitor plans to ensure deadlines are met, projects stay within budget and work is up to standard.
Provide commercial leadership to the cross organizational team with involvement of Operation and Finance team as well as Commercial team ensuring the best financial outcomes for the group.
Monitor the periodical sales achievement and investigate the gap from our target.
Lead the team to improve performance.
Management of sales budget Management of money collection in a timely manner Continuous focus on the enhancement of ICV score with ADNOC.
Authority Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the commercial team.
Leading commercial negotiations with the client.
Develop plans for expansion and business development.
