Position Overview

• Align the vision, mission, and objectives of the holding company with subsidiary operations.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquisitions, and investments.

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the holding company and subsidiaries.

• Ensure subsidiaries adhere to corporate governance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong risk management practices to mitigate potential business threats.
• Uphold ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility standards.

• Maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Serve as a liaison between the holding company and subsidiary leadership teams.
• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and industry events.

• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Mentor and develop leadership within the holding company and subsidiaries.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in senior management, preferably within a diversified group or holding company.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and operational expertise.
• Proven leadership experience in managing multiple business units or subsidiaries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
