- Develop and implement business strategies to ensure growth and profitability.
- Align the vision, mission, and objectives of the holding company with subsidiary operations.
- Identify new business opportunities, acquisitions, and investments.

- Monitor and manage the performance of subsidiaries, ensuring operational excellence.

- Ensure subsidiaries adhere to corporate governance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong risk management practices to mitigate potential business threats.

- Maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as a liaison between the holding company and subsidiary leadership teams.
- Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and industry events.

- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Mentor and develop leadership within the holding company and subsidiaries.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior management, preferably within a diversified group or holding company.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and operational expertise.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multiple business units or subsidiaries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
