The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the successful execution of company goals, and drive business growth while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
include managing teams, developing and implementing business strategies, tracking performance metrics, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
The role also includes identifying opportunities for market expansion and ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge in the Dubai real estate market.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate diverse teams
- Strategic planning and business development experience, especially in real estate or similar industries
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, analysis, and implementing operational efficiencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and related regulations is highly desirable
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup, demonstrating organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
