Full-time Telesales Executive role selling FMCG products by phone in Dubai.
The role focuses on generating sales, building customer relationships, following up on leads, and closing orders while maintaining customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Call existing and potential retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell FMCG products.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into orders; meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Build customer relationships and explain product features, pricing, promotions, and schemes.
- Process orders and coordinate timely delivery with logistics and dispatch teams.
- Follow up on payments and collections where applicable; maintain customer databases and call records.
- Identify potential customers, handle complaints and objections, and escalate as needed.
- Share market, competitor, and customer feedback with sales and marketing teams.
- Submit daily or weekly reports to the supervisor.
Skills and competencies
