Fleet management
- Monitor daily company vehicle and transportation operations and optimize vehicle and driver utilization.
- Plan vehicle allocations and maintain registration, insurance, permit, and inspection records.
- Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, operational costs, mileage, and utilization.
Driver management
- Assign drivers to vehicles and projects; maintain license, permit, competency, attendance, overtime, and duty-schedule records.
- Conduct driver orientation and safe-driving toolbox talks, and monitor driver behavior and company-policy compliance.
Maintenance and transportation
- Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs, coordinate servicing, and maintain maintenance and inspection logs.
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements; respond to breakdowns and arrange corrective action.
- Coordinate transport for staff, materials, and equipment, including routes, vehicle movements, timely pickup, and delivery.
- Respond to transport requests and operational changes and coordinate requirements with project teams.
Fuel, safety, and reporting
- Investigate abnormal fuel use, maintain fuel records and monthly consumption reports, and recommend cost savings.
- Ensure road-safety and company HSE compliance; conduct vehicle inspections and investigate accidents.
- Prepare incident and fleet performance reports and maintain traffic-fine records, arranging timely settlement.
Requirements
- At least 2–4 years of fleet coordination or transportation operations experience.
- Construction or contracting industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, and RTA compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, log tracking, and basic reporting.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- UAE experience preferred; a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 1,200–9,900 per month.
