Supervise and coordinate project-site fit-out works in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Site supervision and coordination
- Manage daily site activities, labor, subcontractors, and material usage; monitor productivity and take corrective action to meet project targets.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients on progress and site issues.
- Interpret construction drawings and provide clear instructions to site teams.
- Coordinate MEP, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, glass, and other interior finishing works.
Quality, reporting and safety
- Inspect workmanship, verify completed work, and prepare snag lists before consultant or client inspections.
- Ensure work follows schedules and quality standards; maintain progress, manpower, and material records and reports.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available; identify and resolve site and technical issues.
- Enforce HSE regulations and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates; complete work on time while maintaining quality and safety.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,900–5,800 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications and provide instructions to site teams.
- Ability to coordinate fit-out trades, labor, subcontractors, materials, tools and equipment.
- Ability to monitor workmanship, productivity, schedules, and site safety requirements.
