Fleet Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
- Schedule servicing, repairs, and workshop visits; follow up with drivers and vendors.
- Allocate vehicles, assign drivers, and track daily movement.
- Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, licensing, and repair records.
- Monitor fuel usage, maintain logbooks, and update fleet performance reports.
- Coordinate between drivers, operations, and management.
- Respond to breakdowns, delays, and urgent operational requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2–4 years of fleet coordination or transportation operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, and RTA compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, log tracking, and basic reporting.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple daily tasks.
- UAE experience preferred; a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
