Oversee fit-out projects from planning and design coordination through site execution and final handover.
Ensure projects meet time, budget, approved drawing, quality, safety, and client requirements.
Project planning and delivery
- Manage projects from pre-construction and planning through execution and handover.
- Develop schedules, resource plans, budgets, and milestones; track progress and address delays and risks.
- Oversee site activities and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts.
- Coordinate architectural, interior design, and MEP works; lead site meetings, resolve issues, and report progress.
Cost, quality, and handover
- Monitor budgets, costs, cash flow, variations, and expenditure; coordinate procurement and timely material delivery.
- Review subcontractor quotations, payment applications, and variation claims.
- Maintain workmanship quality and health and safety compliance; coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification.
- Manage close-out, snagging, client approvals, and final handover documentation.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience, including substantial interior fit-out project management.
- Experience delivering commercial, office, retail, hospitality, or other interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, architectural and MEP drawings, and site execution.
- Experience in scheduling, cost control, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving; able to manage priorities and deliver within timelines and budgets.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 14,000–18,000 per month.
