Premium Limited Group is hiring an experienced Fit-Out Engineer.
Type is stated as full-time; working hours follow the company schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute assigned duties under approved procedures, drawings, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and reactive work within competence and authorization.
- Inspect completed work for quality and functionality and ensure safe return to service.
- Maintain work orders, checklists, readings, service reports, and job completion records.
- Coordinate with other trades and supervisors where work interfaces with other systems.
- Report recurring defects, material shortages, unsafe conditions, and work outside assigned scope.
HSE, quality, and compliance
- Comply with company HSE policies, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work requirements, and client/site rules.
- Use required PPE and ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are safe before work starts.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, defects, and environmental concerns promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping and protect client property, equipment, and occupied areas.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, MEP, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of fit-out or project experience.
Core competencies
- Technical competence, troubleshooting, teamwork, discipline, communication, quality awareness, and safety consciousness.
Performance indicators
KPIs include SLA achievement, PPM completion, response time, work-order closure, repeat failures, HSE compliance, client feedback, and reporting accuracy.
Pay
- Pay is from QAR 1 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
