The Facility Manager oversees facilities management operations across assigned facilities and contracts.
Facilities operations
- Ensure preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance meets approved service-level agreements.
- Plan manpower, shifts, materials, tools, and specialist subcontractor support.
- Monitor asset performance, backlog, work orders, client feedback, and service quality.
- Control operating costs, overtime, consumables, and subcontractor performance within approved limits.
- Lead emergency response and escalation procedures.
- Review KPIs, monthly reports, client requirements, and improvement actions.
- Support recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification.
- Typically at least 8 years of facilities management or maintenance experience, including management or supervisory responsibility.
Workplace and schedule
- Work location is in person.
- Working hours follow the company schedule.

- Leadership, planning, client coordination, commercial awareness, and problem solving.
HSE, quality, and compliance
- Comply with company HSE policies, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work requirements, and client or site rules.
- Use required PPE and ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are safe before work starts.
- Promptly report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, defects, and environmental concerns.
- Maintain housekeeping and protect client property, equipment, and occupied areas.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as from QAR 1.00 per month.
