General responsibilities
- Plan and perform assigned duties according to approved procedures, drawings, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and reactive work within competence and authorization.
- Inspect completed work for quality and functionality and ensure safe return to service.
- Maintain work orders, checklists, readings, service reports, and completion records; coordinate with trades and supervisors.
- Report recurring defects, material shortages, unsafe conditions, and work outside assigned scope.
HSE, quality, and compliance
- Follow HSE policies, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work requirements, and client or site rules.
- Use required PPE; ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are safe before work begins.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, defects, and environmental concerns; maintain housekeeping and protect client property.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant technical or trade qualification, or equivalent practical experience, with experience appropriate to the role and assigned facility systems.
Core competencies
- Technical competence, troubleshooting, teamwork, discipline, communication, quality awareness, and safety consciousness.
Performance measures
KPIs include SLA achievement, PPM completion, response time, work-order closure, repeat failures, HSE compliance, client feedback, and reporting accuracy.
Pay
