The position is Cleaner. The posting describes full-time work and says hours follow the company schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and perform assigned duties according to approved procedures, drawings, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and reactive work within competence and authorization.
- Inspect completed work for quality and functionality and ensure safe return to service.
- Maintain accurate work orders, checklists, readings, service reports, and completion records.
- Coordinate with other trades and supervisors; report recurring defects, shortages, unsafe conditions, and out-of-scope work.
HSE, quality, and compliance
- Follow company HSE policies, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work requirements, and client or site rules.
- Use required PPE and ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are safe before work begins.
- Promptly report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, defects, and environmental concerns.
- Maintain housekeeping and protect client property, equipment, and occupied areas.
- Work location is in person.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant technical or trade qualification, or equivalent practical experience, with experience appropriate to the role and assigned facility systems.
Core competencies
- Technical competence, troubleshooting, teamwork, discipline, communication, quality awareness, and safety consciousness.
Performance measures
KPIs include SLA achievement, PPM completion, response time, work-order closure, repeat failures, HSE compliance, client feedback, and reporting accuracy.
Pay
- Pay is stated as starting from QAR 1.00 per month.
