Role purpose

Merchandising and store presentation

• Execute merchandising standards and visual display guidelines across assigned stores.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, tagged, and organized; maintain clean, attractive, customer-friendly presentations.
• Implement promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches; follow approved planograms and shelf-position guidelines.
• Keep display and demo units clean, secure, and correctly labelled; install approved display materials and new-launch communications.
• Monitor competitor merchandising activities and market trends; recommend ways to improve product visibility.

Inventory and stock management

• Monitor stock levels and product availability on the sales floor; identify out-of-stock items and coordinate replenishment.
• Support accurate product placement and stock rotation; report slow-moving, damaged, excess, low, or outdated stock.
• Check shelf and backroom stock, support replenishment, and place compatible accessories near Insta360 products where permitted.
• Update displays for new products and remove outdated product information.

Store visits and compliance

• Conduct regular visits to assigned stores according to the approved schedule and prioritize launches and urgent issues.
• Audit store displays, ensure compliance with visual merchandising and brand standards, and recommend improvements.
• Submit store photos and merchandising reports; record visits, actions, and open issues in the approved report.
• Build working relationships with store managers and sales teams; allow for travel between stores and report access or schedule issues.

Demo readiness and sales support

• Check that display and demo units are powered, charged, secure, and working, with demo content, accessories, and product information available.
• Check basic app connection, device pairing, and software status; do not carry out unauthorized repairs.
• Report damaged, missing, or non-working demo units and maintain records of demo units and display materials where required.
• Support store teams with product visibility, sales opportunities, launches, promotions, and marketing activations.
• Give retailer staff short product refreshers and report customer questions, staff training needs, preferences, and product performance.
• Ensure product information is accurate and avoid unapproved pricing or warranty commitments; use available sell-out data to focus on agreed opportunities.

Reporting

• Prepare periodic merchandising activity reports and track display compliance, stock availability, and promotional execution.
• Track open issues, owners, and target dates; escalate issues requiring management attention and major or repeated problems.
• Monitor competitor products, prices, promotions, displays, and demo experience.

Skills and experience

• Understanding of visual merchandising principles; strong organization, time management, communication, interpersonal, observation, and detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple store locations, stand for extended periods, and move merchandising materials as needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile reporting tools; comfortable with consumer technology, mobile apps, and basic device pairing.
• Flexibility to support weekends or promotional events when required.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred; good written and spoken English is required, and other languages are an advantage.
