Build rapport with children and parents in a warm and welcoming environment.
Children's activities and service
- Organize arts and crafts, lead games, read stories, and sing songs.
- Promote youth programs and activities and assist parents with program registration.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, answer telephones using appropriate etiquette, and develop positive working relationships.
Safety and facility upkeep
- Help keep facilities and equipment clean, neat, and well maintained.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards; visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
- The role may require reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and carrying objects up to 25 pounds.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Required qualifications
- CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Recreation equipment qualification.
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is specified.

- Full-time position.
