Role and Duties
- The role goes beyond serving food to creating a memorable and unique guest experience.
- Guest service experts take initiative to deliver a range of services so guests enjoy the experience.
- Duties include setting tables, talking with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work and storage areas.
- Guest service experts make transactions part of the guest experience.
Desirable Skills
- Education: high school diploma or GED equivalent certificate.
- Related work experience: less than 1 year.
- Supervisory experience: not required.
