The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through food-and-beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work and storage areas.
- Review menus and verify information; complete other reasonable tasks requested to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
- Maintain a safe workspace, follow company procedures and quality standards, and keep appearance and communication professional.
Desirable qualifications and physical requirements
- Secondary-school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable; less than one year of related experience is listed as desirable.
- No supervisory experience, license, or certification is required.
- The role involves extended standing, sitting, walking, and movement over sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Must be able to handle objects under 50 pounds without assistance and reach, bend, kneel, turn, stretch, and stoop.
