Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary based in Riyadh.

The Executive Secretary will be responsible for managing day-to-day executive administrative tasks, organizing company secretarial work, maintaining records, and assisting senior leaders with calendar management and correspondence.

The role also involves handling communications, scheduling meetings, providing exceptional customer service, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, record-keeping, and document management
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and maintaining confidentiality in executive-level tasks
  • Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and effective time management
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and client satisfaction
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience supporting executives or senior management is a plus
