We are seeking a highly professional

Executive Office Coordinator

to support the CEO in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the highest level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations.
  • Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
  • Draft, review, and circulate confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate high‑level engagements with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government entities.
  • Organize business travel, logistical arrangements, protocol requirements, and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system (electronic and physical).
  • Support executive decision‑making through organized briefings, meeting preparation, and information flow.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Emirati talent encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or handling executive office duties.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High degree of discretion, maturity, and attention to detail.
