Monitor, report, and coordinate security operations to help protect the organization’s information assets.
The role covers incident management, vulnerability assessment coordination, cybersecurity awareness, and support for security projects.
Responsibilities
- Monitor SOC security incidents daily and provide updates on open, closed, and in-progress incidents.
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments with internal teams and external vendors, track results, and support timely remediation and compliance.
- Assist with planning cyber-awareness training and internal security campaigns.
- Coordinate phishing simulations, track results, and prepare management reports.
- Maintain records and reports related to awareness programs and campaigns.
- Support sourcing, budgeting, and vendor evaluation for Information Security projects.
- Coordinate security projects and internal tasks in line with organizational standards.
- Support updates to Information Security policies and procedures.
- Support revisions to the Cyber Incident Response Plan and coordinate a cyber drill.
- Conduct logical access reviews for privileged users.
- Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of job-related experience.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and incident response processes.
- Familiarity with phishing simulation tools and security awareness programs.
