We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Strategy & Operations to support senior leadership for one of our client engagements.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and structured execution of business priorities across the leadership team.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant – Strategy & Operations will be responsible for providing end-to-end coordination and administrative support to senior leadership across the assigned client engagement.
The role focuses on driving alignment across teams, managing priorities, ensuring accuracy in communication and reporting, and enabling leadership to operate efficiently.
This role operates as a standalone support function working directly with senior leadership, requiring a high level of ownership, independent execution, and the ability to manage priorities without structured team support.
This position requires strong attention to detail, high ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive and coordination support to senior leadership
- Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure effective time management
- Track action items, decisions, and deliverables across leadership meetings
- Ensure alignment and coordination across internal teams and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communication materials
- Maintain high accuracy in documentation, communication, and data tracking
- Support planning and execution of leadership reviews, business updates, and internal meetings
- Act as a central point of coordination across functions for information flow and follow-ups
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Identify gaps in coordination and proactively follow up to ensure closure
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in executive support, coordination, PMO, or similar roles
- Prior experience working closely with senior leadership or management teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working in a high-ownership environment with the ability to operate independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and communication
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in multinational or client-facing environments is preferred
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
