At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced IMS Specialist to drive compliance, quality assurance, and integrated management system (IMS) implementation across our facilities management operations in Saudi Arabia.
This role is critical in ensuring adherence to ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Role Overview
The IMS Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated management systems aligned with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable frameworks.
This role requires strong expertise in audits, documentation control, compliance monitoring, and driving a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence across multi-site FM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and maintain IMS frameworks aligned with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and compliance assessments across FM operations
- Ensure all SOPs, policies, and procedures are aligned with ISO certifications and contractual obligations
- Lead external audits, certification renewals, and client compliance reviews
- Maintain documentation control, records, and audit trails ensuring data integrity and traceability
- Identify non-conformities, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track closure
- Train operational teams on IMS standards, compliance expectations, and audit readiness
- Support mobilization, inspections, and client onboarding through compliance frameworks
- Monitor HSEQ performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in IMS, quality assurance, or compliance within facilities management or similar industries
- Strong expertise in ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and audit processes
- Proven experience managing audits, documentation, and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and ability to work across multiple sites
- Exposure to FM operations, HSEQ, and client compliance environments in GCC preferred
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, HSE, or related field
- ISO Lead Auditor certification or equivalent is mandatory
