We are seeking a detail-oriented
Estimation Engineer
with a strong
Civil Engineering background
and proven expertise in
fit-out projects

The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs while supporting project teams with technical and commercial inputs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare
- detailed cost estimates
- for fit-out projects based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Develop and review
Bill Of Quantities (Boq)
- and ensure accuracy in scope and pricing.
- Perform
- quantity take-offs
- from drawings and tender documents.
- Analyze project specifications, materials, and labor requirements to determine cost implications.
- Coordinate with
- design, procurement, and project teams
- to gather inputs for estimation.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and provide comparative analysis.
- Support the tendering process, including
- bid preparation and submission
- .
- Maintain a database of cost benchmarks and historical project data.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in
- estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying
- .
- In-depth knowledge of
- fit-out projects (commercial, retail, or residential)
- .
- Proficiency in
Autocad And Ms Excel
- (or relevant estimation software).
- Excellent
- analytical and numerical skills
- with high attention to detail.
- Strong
- communication and interpersonal skills
- with the ability to present information clearly.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Civil Engineering
- or related field.
- **3–8 years of experience**
- in estimation, specifically in
- fit-out projects
- .
- Prior experience working in
- contracting or fit-out companies
- is preferred.
