• n.Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial office fit-out project
• s.Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and supplier
• s.Analyse labour, material, and equipment cost
• s.Produce detailed pricing schedules and tender submission
• s.Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising qualit
• y.Liaise with the design, procurement, and project management teams throughout the tender proces
• s.Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings where require
• d.Maintain and update cost databases and supplier pricin
• g.Support negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractor
• s.Assist with handovers from estimating to project delivery following successful tender

• tsMinimum 2–5 years' estimating experience within commercial office fit-out or interior contractin
• g.UAE experience is preferred but not essential for candidates with strong international fit-out experienc
• e.Good understanding of commercial interior construction methods and material
• s.Ability to read architectural and technical drawing
• s.Experience preparing BOQs and cost plan
• s.Strong negotiation and commercial awarenes
• s.Excellent numerical and analytical skill
