Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead client contact throughout the lifecycle of multiple workplace and commercial interior projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Board Members and Regional Directors.
• Lead client presentations, steering committee meetings and executive project updates.
• Manage relationships with PMCs, consultants, contractors and internal design and delivery teams.
• Oversee projects from concept through to handover, ensuring programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved.
• Develop and manage project programmes, risk registers, reporting structures and governance processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Review project costs, procurement strategies, variations and commercial reporting.
• Manage client expectations and provide strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving proactive solutions.
• Support fee proposals, project planning and business development opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, company standards and client expectations.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the growth of the wider project delivery team.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience managing commercial workplace, corporate office, design & build or interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects within the UAE or GCC market.
• Strong experience working directly with multinational corporate clients and senior executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience collaborating with PMCs, cost consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Exceptional client-facing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent programme management and project delivery capabilities.
• Strong understanding of workplace, commercial office and interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional, proactive and solutions-driven approach.
