Senior Technical Architect - Dubai, UAE
We are currently partnering with a boutique design practice in Dubai that is looking to expand their team and hire a Senior Technical Architect.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable technical architect who is confident leading complex design packages and driving projects through Construction Documentation (CD) and Technical Design (TD) stages.
The candidate should combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients and consultants.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical outcomes, with particular emphasis on detailed coordination and façade development across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design development across CD and TD stages
- Produce and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Manage technical coordination with consultants and contractors
- Lead façade detailing and ensure technical quality across deliverables
- Attend client meetings and present technical design solutions
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements
- Support project delivery through strong technical problem-solving
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Architect within the UAE or GCC region
- Strong background in technical detailing and design delivery
- Demonstrated experience leading CD to TD packages independently
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Strong façade detailing experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- 💰 Salary: AED 25,000 – 30,000 per month
