Senior Project Architect And Technical Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project setup including programmes, consultant coordination, and kick-off structure
• Act as first escalation point for technical and delivery queries across the architectural team
• Oversee QA/QC across all projects and embed consistent technical standards
• Review project progress weekly and proactively manage delivery risk
• Attend client and consultant meetings as senior technical representative when required
• Support resource planning and review of bids and fee proposals
• Mentor and develop architects stepping into project leadership roles
• Step into delivery work directly when required to support project load

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Architect (Part III or equivalent)
• 8–10+ years’ post-qualification experience, including senior/lead responsibility
• Strong UAE experience (regulations, authorities, consultants, delivery environment)
• Proven ability to run projects end-to-end, not just contribute to design stages
• Strong balance of
• technical architecture + project management capability
• Experience across at least two of: hospitality, civic/embassy, high-end F&B/commercial
• Confident operating as a senior technical voice in client-facing environments
