Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project needs and prepare techno-commercial proposals.

Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and LV systems pricing; submit compliant tenders on time.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets, maintain client and OEM relationships, and support customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support during pre-bid and post-bid stages; coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Optimize component usage and selection; contribute to team building and capability development.
- Understand customer and utility requirements; develop technical solutions and coordinate programmes.
- Support cost reduction, customer support, project profitability, and resource utilization.
- Conduct technical reviews and contribute to quality management, documentation, and process improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in sales and estimation of LV systems; UAE market experience is preferred.
- Proven exposure to commercial buildings, data centres, BMS, oil and gas, and utility projects.
Knowledge and skills
- Strong knowledge of LV and ELV systems, BMS, data centre LV infrastructure, and commercial building electrical requirements.
- Understand tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Know applicable UAE authority regulations and international standards, including DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, ADCD, Civil Defence, and Etisalat/DU for ELV scope.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation tools; strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
