Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware and upgrade systems for software compatibility.
- Test and evaluate new technology, hardware, and software.
- Define software, hardware, and network requirements.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Provide company-wide technical support in person or by phone.
Qualifications and requirements
- 1–2 years of ERP support experience; one year of ERP support experience is stated as required.
- Experience troubleshooting systems.
- Hands-on networking, hardware troubleshooting, and ERP-related support experience.
- Skills in database programming and software installation.
- Proficiency with Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
- English, Malayalam, and Hindi are listed as required languages.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- A driving license is preferred.
Workplace
- Willingness to work on-site at customer sites is required.
