Team and role

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and the agent runtime, maintaining code quality, readability, and maintainability.
• Improve performance and stability through profiling and tuning.
• Integrate internal enterprise systems into agents using Tools, MCP, CLI, or A2A.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and architectural conventions.
• Write AI-friendly technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
• Explore AI capabilities in backend services and support AI feature development, evaluation, and validation.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, AI, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer systems, with strong coding habits.
• Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Hands-on experience and understanding of AI agent architectural patterns, such as reasoning, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and interest in agent engineering.

Preferred qualifications

• Core-contributor experience building a real-user AI product, agent, or application is preferred.
• Experience with mainstream agent frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph or Claude Agent SDK, prompt engineering, harness engineering, context management, or evaluation is preferred.

Onboarding

• Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
• Candidates should state availability and graduation date in their resume.
